STS rescheduled

Due to a hotel error with overlapping event space, SC&RA has had to reschedule the Specialized Transportation Symposium at The Sheraton Birmingham Hotel, Alabama, to June 22 - 24, 2021.

Current registrations will automatically be transferred to the new scheduled event. If delegates are not able to attend during the new dates, they may transfer their registration to another company employee or request a refund by reaching out to Melanie Khoury at the SC&RA by May 21, 2021.

The SC&RA said that Covid continues to challenge the hospitality and events industry. While the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel will host the event, its hotel rooms will remain closed. Because of this, the SC&RA room block will shift back to the Westin Birmingham Hotel. Any current reservations will be cancelled by the hotel and attendees can book new accommodations using this link. If previously registered delegates do not receive a hotel cancellation email by Friday December 18, please call the hotel (205-307-3600) to confirm the cancellation.
