Scott Alexander and John Bittner have joined the management team at Manitowoc Crane Care Americas as general manager and director of marketing, respectively.

Alexander (right), who has worked in the OEM and aftermarket care sector for more than 20 years, reports to Larry Weyers, executive vice president Manitowoc Crane Care, and will be responsible for providing strategic planning, direction, and management of the Crane Care Americas team.

John Bittner (left) joins Crane Care in the newly created position of director of marketing for the Americas. Bittner will lead the strategic planning, direction, and execution of Crane Care Americas marketing. Bittner worked in various marketing positions at Grove for more than 28 years, where he performed roles including parts marketing manager, director parts operations, director market support and training, and director of marketing for crane sales.
