Aspen expands Grove, Manitowoc lines

By D.Ann Shiffler08 December 2008

Manitowoc has appointed Aspen Equipment in the US as dealer for its Grove mobile hydraulic cranes and Manitowoc lattice boom crawler cranes for Iowa, Nebraska, and western Illinois. The company has served as the dealer for National Crane boom trucks in the territory for over 25 years.

Tom Cherne, chief operating officer of Aspen Equipment, said he was excited about the addition of Grove and Manitowoc lines to the dealership. “Our goal is to provide the same high level of sales and service support that has been the signature of Aspen Equipment for over 80 years,” he said. “We will combine that experience with the quality products and market leadership of Manitowoc, Grove, and National Crane.”
