Badger appoints Louisiana Cat as dealer

US manufacturer Badger Equipment Company, a subsidiary of Manitex International, has appointed Louisiana Machinery Co (Louisiana Cat) as an authorized dealer for its 470TM Telescoping Boom Excavator. 
 


Operating since 1933, Louisiana Cat now has 21 locations and serves an expanding base of clients involved in levee and dam construction, petroleum site development, land clearing, highway construction and the development of lignite mines.

As an authorized Badger 470TM Equipment Dealer, Louisiana Cat will concentrate on sales of the Badger Equipment 470TM Telescoping Boom Excavator. This truck-mounted excavator is designed to do the work of six different pieces of equipment: an excavator, backhoe, trencher, grader, loader and crane. The machine is drivable at highway speeds by a single operator, which saves time on transportation and set up.

Louisiana Cat will also make the Badger Equipment 470TM available for rent through its rental subsidiary, Louisiana Rents.
