Crane Tech Solutions introduces its new Boecker Aluminum AHK 30/1600 trailer crane to North America

CraneTech Solutions has announced the introduction of its Böcker aluminium AHK 30/1600 trailer crane in to the North American market. The Böcker trailer crane is an economically interesting alternative for the crane service industry, according to the company.

With operation exceeding 100 feet (30 m), and payload capacity exceeding 3,300 pounds (1.5 tonnes), the 7,500 pound (3.4 tonne) trailer crane can fulfill the day-to-day needs of mechanical, utility, roofing, and building contractors and tree service industry, the company said. On a jobsite, the optional self-propelled drive unit enables on-site positioning and handling without a towing vehicle.

The Böcker AHK 30/1600 has a 20 hp (15 kW) Honda gas engine and enables maximum turning, telescoping and hook speeds with less fuel consumption and minimum maintenance efforts. The AHK 30/1600 is remotely controlled, and its PLC intelligent load control automatically calculates the maximum load and position limits to help ensure safe operation. The sturdy aluminum mast system is built from closed high-strength aluminium alloy.
