Chant welcomes Nick Bruck

Nick Bruck has joined Chant Engineering as Service Manager for the Calibration and Service Department.

Chant Engineering Co. Inc. has welcomed Nick Bruck who will lead Chant Engineering’s Calibration and Service Department as its Service Manager. Bruck brings twenty-plus years of experience from Siemens where he started a service department from the ground up and turned it into a $20 million profit center. He will be based in New Britain, PA at Chant headquarters. Nick enjoys fishing and riding motorcycles in his spare time.

“We are excited to have Nick join Chant’s team. His expertise will help us build a full-service Calibration and Service program for Chant customers worldwide. We have never really had a true service department and are excited to bring Nick’s vast knowledge to our organization to help us build a solid service platform.” said Phil Chant, president, Chant Engineering.

“Nick will be a great asset to take Chant’s service to the next level for our customers,” said Jules DiRienzo, vice president of operations, Chant Engineering.“We see him as an integral player to help us streamline our Service and Calibration department and processes, enhance customer relationships and position Chant’s service team to be industry leading. We welcome Nick and his years of expertise to our expanding team.”

Bruck will work closely with new service coordinator, Amanda Taylor, and the Calibration team. Chant now has the largest service and calibration team in the marketplace for testing machinery. Chant has also introduced a new remote service option using “Team Viewer.” This feature will allow Chant service technicians to remotely connect to our customer’s system and diagnose potential issues as well as provide technical support for service, training and upgrades. 

Sharon Mathis who previously led the Calibration team at Chant, has moved into a new role of Customer Relations Manager. Mathis will be working directly with customers traveling to their sites to help Chant better understand their needs.
