Chevron wins award for project involving Mammoet

Mammoet's El Segundo Refinery Coke Drum Reliablity project earned Chevron the PMI Project of the Year.

Mammoet congratulated Chevron for receiving the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project of the Year Award for the El Segundo Refinery Coke Drum Reliability Project. Mammoet played a large role on the team and in the project.
Chevron received the PMI Project of the Year Award because the project leaders managed to complete a high-profile refinery project on a compressed timeline in a resourceful way- and finished ahead of schedule, $7 million dollars under budget and with an excellent safety record.
“Mammoet is proud to have been a part of this project and we are excited to see Chevron receive the award and recognition for it as everyone involved strived to make it a success,” said Pierre Mille, sales director, Mammoet USA. “The Chevron project team on this project was first class and it was a privilege to be part of it.”
