Crane Service Company adds Liebherr all-terrain

Crane Service Company, Inc. placed an order for a new Liebherr LTM 1450-8.1 All-Terrain crane for use in new construction and the mechanical service industry.

Crane Service Company, Inc. expands fleet with the addition of a new Liebherr  LTM 1450-8.1

The decision to purchase the LTM 1450 8.1 series was due to the cranes most prominent features such as extended boom length, quality engineering and its ability to operate on a strenuous work schedule with minimal maintenance.

The company currently owns six Liebherr cranes. The addition of the LTM 1450 8.1 will be their seventh and will support the performance their current Liebherr cranes.

Brian Mazzella, Vice President of Crane Service Company, Inc stated, “The 1450 offers outstanding safety features combined with roadability, expedited erection and disassembly, and extended tip heights combined with a small footprint in a highly competitive market.”

Crane Service Company, Inc. is a fourth generation family owned business established in 1926. Headquartered in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, the company has been serving the Washington Metropolitan area including Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware for over 90 years
