Demags get 2 year warranty

A two year warranty is now standard on all new Demag mobile cranes, manufacturer Terex Cranes has announced.

The warranty covers all crane components from defects in workmanship for 24 months, the company said. Steve Filipov, Terex Cranes president, commented, “Our customers trust Demag cranes because they have the confidence that the equipment is ready to work every day. Doubling our previous standard warranty period for all Demag models demonstrates our dedication to our customers’ success.”

Terex reintroduced the Demag brand in 2016 and models launched include the 55 and 60 tonne capacity three-axle AC 55-3 and AC 60-3 all terrain cranes and four recently introduced five-axle models, the AC 130-5, AC 160-5, AC 220-5 and AC 250-5 (130 to 250 tonnes capacity). More new Demag models are in the pipeline, the company said.
