Bay Crane has added several new cranes to improve and expand the company's fleet in the USA.

Seven new Liebherr all terrain cranes from 100 to 400 US ton (350 metric ton) capacity have been added and constitute significant modernization and expansion of all terrain cranes, according to Kenneth Bernardo.

New cranes include a LTM 1350-6.1 and four additional LTM 1220-5.2 models.

"These additions enhance the all terrain crane fleet with new equipment additions and options," the company said.

"Additional orders have been placed and deliveries have already commenced from Tadano America for six new 100-ton GR 1000 XL rough terrain cranes, six new 50-ton GR 500 XL rough terrain cranes as well as 3 new GS 300 XL truck cranes.

"The significant investment helps offer a broad customer base both the latest in equipment and most modern technology."

"We have made significant penetration into the northeastern US with our strong fleet of 15 to 80-ton Tadano rough terrain cranes," said Josh Wilbur, manager of Bay Crane Northeast Operations.

"We have been fortunate to see tremendous market acceptance of the Tadano cranes by customers, but especially local crane operators and equipment superintendants.

"The addition of six additional 100-ton capacity rough terrain cranes will add tremendous depth to our strong Northeast lineup."
