H&E opens new California facility

H&E Equipment Services, Inc. (H&E) has opened a new store in Union City, California, providing full-service coverage to customers throughout the Bay Area of California.

“With consistent growth, and a healthy, diverse economy, the Bay Area is a clear choice for a new facility. We see the need for a true full-service equipment supplier that will provide a single source for customers. Whether their needs be equipment rentals, sales, parts or service, our team can assist,” said Jeff Larson, H&E San Francisco branch manager.

The Union City facility covers 15,000 square feet (4,600 m2) on 2.3 acres (1 hectare) and offers office space, a large shop, a parts warehouse and equipment yard areas.

The store specialises in aerial lifts, telescopic forklifts, compact and some large earthmoving equipment, and general construction equipment. The store will provide products from international manufacturers, including JLG, Genie, Atlas Copco, Skytrak, Skyjack, Multiquip, Wacker Neuson, Gehl, Takeuchi, and others.
