US crane rental house Imperial Crane Services will offer for sale 22 new and used cranes and equipment from its fleet at a Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers auction on 16 and 17 July. Selling the machines will create space for newly purchased cranes, the company said. The company has added 120 cranes to its fleet in the last two years.

Vincent Blecha, Ritchie Bros. territory manager, said the company is looking forward to working with Imperial Crane. "Their commitment to quality products and customer service makes them the leader of crane rental in the Chicagoland area," he said.

Imperial Crane's long term commitments with international organizations such as BP Products North America and CITGO Petroleum, as well as established relationships in the daily construction market, have contributed to Imperial's expansion, the company said. The newest cranes in Imperial's fleet include 29 new Tadano RTs, six new Liebherr cranes as well as 300 and 350 ton capacity Sany crawler cranes.
