•For employers with 20 or more employees all obligations are required except some engineering controls as of November 27, 2006

•For employers with 19 or fewer employees all obligations are required except some engineering controls as of May 30, 2007

•For all employers engineering controls shall be implemented no later than May 31, 2010

•Additional engineering controls information and the small entity compliance guide for the Hexavalent Chromium Standards may be obtained at www.osha.gov
