Armorum Ltd, which has represented manufacturer Liebherr for tower cranes in Ireland since January, has been working to further establish its operation.

The Dublin-based company is the official distributor to sell, market and service Liebherr tower cranes and their spare parts throughout the island of Ireland.

Armorum is led by well-known crane industry figure Mark Evans as managing director. Evans has more than 30 years of experience in the crane industry in Europe and the Middle East with crane manufacturers that include Demag, Kobelco and Wolffkran.

Quality drive

“Liebherr Tower cranes have a strong reputation for exceptional performance, durability, and of course reliability across the globe, and our objective is to ensure customer satisfaction through the provision of quality products and excellent service,” Evans said. “There are well in excess of 100 Liebherr tower cranes already here in Ireland and some very good long-standing customers.”

Ireland-based factory-trained, experienced service engineers have been appointed. New engineering support vehicles have also been delivered. “These are available at short notice to support our customers as well as offer full technical backup,” Evans continued.

Other services available from Armorum include crane erection, with transport and shipping as required, commissioning and dismantling and crane inspection. Ancillary equipment can be provided as can the necessary mobile cranes.
