Like-kind exchange program for Rexco

24 April 2008

Rexco Equipment, Inc. has engaged Denver-based Accruit, LLC to design, implement and manage its full service, repetitive Like-Kind Exchange (LKE) program.

Rex Smith, Rexco president, said the program has already begun to defer taxes on the sale of depreciated rental and leased equipment. “We are pleased to incorporate Accruit's powerful offering into our broader tax strategy,” said Smith.

Established for the heavy equipment industry, Accruit manages more than $2.5 billion in assets through its repetitive LKE services.
