Leading the new office will be Scott Wilkes, who has been appointed director of business development, effective 1 November 2022.

Wilkes previously worked as an engineer for global heavy lift and transport specialist Mammoet, where he was involved in market and business intelligence.

Since its launch in 2021 MyCrane has undergone substantial growth around the world, with new offices being opened in UAE, Muscat, Oman, Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan and Tashkent and Uzbekistan, while the company also expanded into the APAC region earlier this year.

In an interview with ICST in March 2022, Andrei Geikalo, MyCrane founder, revealed plans for rapid global expansion.

The company has also expanded its product offering, with boom trucks, hydraulic gantry systems, mini cranes and aerial work platforms added to the site.
