New 90 tonne Fushun crawler

A 90 tonne capacity lattice crawler crane with luffing jib is new from Fushun Excavator Corporation in China.
The QUY90 is the smallest model available with a luffing jib and the largest that can be transported with its crawler tracks still mounted.
Standard boom is 13 to 61 m while the maximum boom and luffing jib combination is 43.8 + 39 m. Luffing jib length is from 21 to 39 m and can be offset between 15 and 70 degrees.
The load chart shows a capacity with 28 m of standard boom of 17 tonnes at 14 m radius and 1.2 tonnes at 46 m radius with 61 m of boom. These numbers are through 360 degrees and with the full 26.2 tonnes of counterweight.
Powering the QUY90 is an 8.9 litre, 209 kW Cummins QSL-9 diesel engine driving double variable displacement main pumps, servo, swing, etc. pumpsand multi-circuit valves for simultaneous operation of several functions.
The first unit was due to arrive in Europe around the time of writing in early June at the Dutch headquarters of European Fushun distributor CraneBusiness.
Next in development is a 135 tonne capacity lattice boom crawler. A prototype is due by the end of the year.
