Heede Southeast has set up a Linden Comansa 5211 tower crane at its CCO test center

The latest CCO tower crane practical exam test site to open on the east coast is at Pineville (Charlotte), North Carolina. It is the headquarters of Heede Southeast, Inc., the US distributor of Linden Comansa tower cranes.

By arrangement with Linden Comansa, Heede has set up a Linden Comansa 5211 tower crane in its yard, along with a practical exam test course that meets CCO specifications. The cab-operated, fre e - standing hammerhead is rated at 90 to 100 ton/meters, and is freestanding to 110 feet with a 172 feet radius.

Heede is conducting practical exams on an ongoing basis and is scheduling written exams as needed. Also offered are operator and technician training classes, and a tower crane simulator is available for candidates to hone their skills.
