Omega Morgan to offer crane services

01 November 2016

Rigging and heavy equipment transport company Omega Morgan in the USA is now offering crane services.

It will operate initially in the Pacific Northwest. A mix of cranes is available from 550 US tons (500 metric tonnes) down to smaller boom trucks.

Greg Tansey, Omega Morgan president and CEO, commented, “Customers have been asking us for some time to handle all of their lifting and rigging needs and address their desire to have a single point of accountability for the entire scope of their project.”

Flexibility allowed by supplying everything means the company said it can make adjustments on the fly should schedules or projects change.

Omega Morgan Crane Services division will have 30 dedicated employees. All the company’s crane operators are certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO).

In addition to crane services, customers will have access to a project management team that can provide on-site evaluations and lift plans. A team of engineers is available to handle more complicated projects.
