Ray Anthony adds staff from the old team

Industry veteran Ray Anthony is continuing to grow his company Ray Anthony International, by adding several new people to the organization. Many in the management team have along association with Anthony, working for him at previous companies he has owned or managed.

Richard Ferchak (left) as been promoted to CEO of Ray Anthony International. Ferchak is responsible for day to-day operation and long-term strategy of the company that was formed in 2003. Ferchak was formerly COO and has a long association with Ray Anthony-owned companies. During his 18 years in the crane business he has worked for Anthony Crane Rent a land Maxim Crane Rental in positions that include operations manager and regional manager. Ferchak was a crane operator while he was studying for his BS degree at Lamar University in Beaumont, TX.

Richard Rossi(left) has been hired as vice president of operations. Rossi's prior job was ownerof Construction Risk Solutions, a provider of risk management and litigation consultancy to the constructionand insurance industries. Rossi also has a long association with Anthony, starting his career as a risk manager at Anthony Crane Rental. He was vice president of administration at Maxim Crane Works before starting his own business.(Rossi has a business administration degree from Pennsylvania State University

Keith Lancaster (left) is the new sales manager at the Tampa, FL branch of Ray Anthony International. A veteran of the construction equipment industry, Lancaster has worked as a mechanic, service manager, sales manager and branch manager. He has experience with a range of equipment, including crawler, truck and tower cranes.

Dave Beck (left) is the new general manager of the Pompano Beach, FL branch. Beck also has along association with Anthony, managing the Houston division of Anthony Crane Rental for several years before it was sold. Beck brings more than 20 years of industry experience to his new position.

Jose Rivero (below left) has been hired as an outside sales representative. He has been charged with developing new business in the Fort Lauderdale region of Florida.[Anthony said be is rounding upbis valued former employees to create a top notch team of crane experts. “In this industry, the people you have on your team area critical element of your success,”said Anthony.
