Ritchie Bros auction features Manitowoc 16000

A large quantity of late model cranes, including a 2006 Manitowoc 16000, as well as more than 1,200 equipment items and trucks, are for sale in a multi-million dollar unreserved public auction June 10 - 11 by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers at the company's permanent auction site in Denver, Colorado, USA.

The 440 US ton capacity Manitowoc 16000 Series 1, 2, & 3 self-erecting crawler crane is the largest Manitowoc crawler crane to ever be sold in one of the company's unreserved public auctions, Ritchie Bros. said.

The crane has a 500 horsepower engine and the boom is in ten sections to make a height of 315 feet. It will be sold with a luffing jib.

Other cranes being sold on June 10 include a Grove rough terrain cranes and truck cranes, the company said.
