Sims Crane to open new Tallahassee location

To meet current and potential customer needs in the north Florida market, Sims Crane & Equipment, Florida’s premier crane rental and rigging service company, has announced the opening of a new, permanent location with 10 employees at 4897 Capital Circle NW in Tallahassee, FL.

Sims Crane’s Tallahassee location includes a 3,000-square-foot facility, currently undergoing upgrades and branding, on a three-acre site. The manager of Sims Crane Tallahassee is Kent Harvey.

“Like many cities throughout Florida, Tallahassee is experiencing an increased rate of vertical construction,” said Dean Sims II, vice president of marketing, Sims Crane. “This vertical construction, coupled with projects in the power generation sector, made now the right time to establish a permanent location in Tallahassee.”

Sims Crane & Equipment now boasts 13 locations statewide.
