Thern introduces Big Red air winches

Them Inc., a manufacturer of heavy-duty winches, cranes and hoists, has developed the Big Red TA Series heavy-duty air winches to give construction workers dependable power and versatility at the jobsite. These heavy duty air-powered winches deliver large load ratings of up to tons with fast line speeds and lift distance capacity of over 300 feet.

Builtwithdurableconstruction, the new Big Red air winches are helping construction workers lift and pull materials in a wide range of applications, according to the company. “The TA Series Big Red air winches feature reliable radial piston air motors, welded steel drum and frame construction and an extra wide brake to provide a great combination of rugged power and accurate control. Our Big Red winches provide incredibly precise movement of very heavy loads weighing tons,” says Scott Thelen of Them. “These winches are designed for years of smooth and dependable operation.”

The Big Red TA Series air winches also feature a compact design with a planetary reducer inside the drum that allows for use in tight locations. All winches are backed by a 2 year warranty, and standard options for the TA Series include automatic disc brakes, drum guards, and control pendants. A wide selection of standard configurations is available to meet almost any need, and filters, lubricators, regulators and mufflers are also available.
