Todd leaves SC&RA for Pit Row

Steven A. Todd has been named as President of Pit Row Transportation Solutions (PRTS) and Partner of Pit Row Legal Solutions (PRLS). Todd began his duties October 1. Todd has more than 20 years of senior management experience, including serving as chief of permits for the Illinois Department of Transportation, and most recently as vice president of transportation for a global trade association, Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA).

SC&RA will announce Todd’s replacement later in October.
