Webinar discusses new FMCSA rules

By D.Ann Shiffler21 October 2010

The National Ground Water Association will offer a webinar, 'Vehicle Inspections and Maintenance Requirements,' on November 3 at 4 p.m. ET (1 p.m. PT).

The Webinar will be presented by Gary LaBrake, a nationally recognized driver training and safety expert with more than 30 years experience.

New Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (CSA) rules affect both drivers and employers, so awareness and compliance are critical. During this webinar, participants will learn how to:

  • Meet the requirements of a CSA 2010 vehicle inspection
  • Keep a roadside inspection on track and within scope
  • Act appropriately in the event of a roadside crash and document the incident
  • Get an improper or inaccurate write-up/citation removed from your record.

Those who will benefit from the Webinar include water well contractors, business owners, manufacturers and suppliers, and those operating commercial motor vehicles. The webinar requires no prior training. To learn more about the course visit www.ngwa.org or call +1 800 551.7379 (+1 614 898.7791).
